1. Lavender lemonade with gin or vodka

Crazy pretty, this twist on the traditional lemonade is cool, refreshing and fits in perfectly with your vintage wedding theme! Infuse traditional lemonade with lavender, top up with the spirit of your choice and voila! Fun times assured.

2. Sangria

Perfect for both summer and the cooler months, the Spanish sangria stuns with its mix of orange juice, red wine and a rich liqueur such as brandy or rum. And, its crowning glory – fruit, such as apples – could (potentially?) contribute to your five-a-day.

3. Trifecta

Haven’t heard of this one before? Not to worry – many haven’t! But the Trifecta is a deep bevvie made with bourbon, smoked syrup and mint leaves. Just be aware, though, this may not be for the fainthearted.

This British classic has made its way to our little rock, settling very comfortably on tables during leisurely summer evenings. Mix lemonade or ginger ale with Pimm’s and citrus fruit, garnishing it with a vibrant herb, such as mint, to enjoy this classic.
