7 spring make-up tips you need to know about
From haute couture to the high street, we’ve got your face covered.
Traditional individual eyelashes are an excellent choice for both everyday wear and special occasions. They are applied using an eyelash glue that bonds to your real lashes, and gives you a wide-eyed Disney princess look for several weeks.
Rose Gold Eyeshadow
Glamorous enough to wow for a formal event, while still subtle enough for day (if appropriately toned down), rose-gold shadow is gorgeous and flattering on every skin tone.
A simple enough look to achieve, just make sure you use the right liner and shadow formulations, and that they’re in harmony with the rest of your makeup — particularly blush and lip colour.
Have you been doing much hiking yet? Not to worry – the important thing is to look like you have, with a healthy outdoorsy glow on your cheeks.
Popularised by Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty line (shade: Killawatt), yellow-gold highlighter is perfect for warmer skin tones (or paler skin tones that have managed to get a tan).
High gloss lips

Far from a daytime look, but when you’re at one of the many springtime festivals and parties (or even your own wedding after-party!) and you want to add a little glitter to your life, gems are the way to go.
